What we collect

The mortgage readiness check is processed in your browser. Your answers are stored locally on your device to allow you to resume. When you choose to contact a broker, you may leave the platform via a referral link.

Cookies

Broker inquiry form

The broker inquiry form on /for-brokers is intended for brokers contacting us about partnership — it is not used by end users seeking a mortgage. End-user readiness answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

When a broker submits the form, we store:

Submitted fields: company name, contact name, email, phone (optional), website (optional), tier of interest, regions, languages, and the message.
Technical metadata: the page path the form was submitted from, the browser user-agent string, and a salted SHA-256 hash of the originating IP address (the raw IP is never stored). This is used to prevent spam and abuse.

Purpose: responding to broker partnership inquiries. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, and in taking steps prior to entering a contract at the broker's request.

How AI compatibility works

Compatibility scores are calculated from profile factors such as nationality, language, residency status, employment type, region and complexity, combined with publicly available information about brokers. Scores are an estimate of profile fit, not a recommendation of the “best” broker.

Platform limitations

All figures shown are indicative only and do not constitute financial advice. Final mortgage assessment is conducted by regulated mortgage professionals and lenders. Mortgage conditions vary depending on lender assessment.

Consent before referral

You explicitly consent before being shown compatible brokers. You independently choose which broker, if any, to contact.
